I say it all the time, "We've been through a lot"! Ella's cranio journey is unique and is a roller coaster! I've told my mom many times that I'd like to write a book someday. I'm not sure EXACTLY what I want to write, but I want to share the journey we've been through and attempt to share with other families advice and the struggles of the healthcare system and my perspective of being on both sides of healthcare!
I read a facebook post about an author looking for families to share their cranio journey story. There were a few states listed and Utah was one of them! I sent an email and we corresponded a bit.
I forgot about it a few times and then an email would appear!
The author came to our house last night and I spent 2 hours sharing! I'm excited to be part of such an awesome project and I think our story will help many families! I did most of the talking. Joe chimed in a bit. Ella wasn't involved at all. It was therapeutic for me and in many ways I have forgotten how much we've really been through. It was really hard for Joe to relive it all and discuss it!
It's our life and we went through the journey as a family and I'm happy to share it.

That is really kind of cool...your story does need to be told...it could help many other parents if what to expect! You are amazing to share!
